Founded in 2022, The Cape House was the result of years of inspiration and a clear purpose: to help homeowners and guests alike enjoy Cape Cod without the stress of home management. With her children grown and the time finally right, Andi brought her vision to life.

Rooted in the Cape
Born and raised on Cape Cod, Andi has always felt a deep connection to the area. After exploring life beyond the Cape, she returned home to raise her two boys in the seaside village of Osterville. During that time, she designed and built a series of custom homes—moving 13 times in 10 years—honing her design sense and building a reputation for exceptional attention to detail.

Inspired by the Guest Experience
The idea for The Cape House was sparked during annual family trips to Nantucket. Even on a budget, Andi had clear expectations for the homes she rented—fresh towels, a working grill, a simple broom to sweep away the sand. These thoughtful touches were often overlooked, and she saw an opportunity to elevate the rental experience for both guests and homeowners.
